Applicability: This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to online payments made through the Indraa Hair website (indraahair.com) via Razorpay. Payments made directly at our Malda centre (Pay at Centre) are not covered by this online policy.

⚠ No Refund After Service Completion: Once a hair wig fitting, cutting, or any service has been completed at our centre, no refund, replacement, or compensation of any kind will be entertained. By proceeding with the service at our centre, the client fully accepts the completed work.

No Product Warranty or Guarantee

Indraa Hair does not offer any warranty, guarantee, or replacement on any hair wig, patch, hairpiece, or related product — whether purchased through our website or our centre, provided as part of a service, or sourced by the client independently. All sales and services are final.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–10 business days.
