Applicability: This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies
only to online payments made through the Hair Master (Indraa Hair) website (
indraahair.com) via Razorpay. Payments made directly at our Malda centre (Pay at Centre) are not covered by this online policy.
Online Payments Covered
The following online payments made through indraahair.com are covered by this policy:
- Hair Wig Consultation Fee — ₹99 (Prepaid via Razorpay)
- Hair Wig Service Advance Payment (Prepaid via Razorpay)
Cash payments and Pay at Centre bookings are not covered by this online refund policy.
Consultation Fee (₹99) — Refund Terms
- The ₹99 fee is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
- To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will move your booking at no extra charge.
- If Hair Master (Indraa Hair) cancels your confirmed appointment, a full ₹99 refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Service Advance Payment — Refund Terms
- Cancellation 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund.
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before appointment: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund.
- After service has been completed at our centre: No refund whatsoever.
⚠ No Refund After Service Completion: Once a hair wig fitting, cutting, or any service has been completed at our centre, no refund, replacement, or compensation of any kind will be entertained. By proceeding with the service at our centre, the client fully accepts the completed work.
No Product Warranty or Guarantee
Hair Master (Indraa Hair) does not offer any warranty, guarantee, or replacement on any hair wig, patch, hairpiece, or related product — whether purchased through our website or our centre, provided as part of a service, or sourced by the client independently. All sales and services are final.
- No warranty is provided against wear, damage, colour change, shedding, or any other product condition after the service is completed.
- No replacement will be issued for any product once the fitting service has been completed.
- Product lifespan and condition depend on usage, maintenance, and care by the client. Hair Master (Indraa Hair) is not responsible for any deterioration after service completion.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–10 business days.
