Applicability: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users who access the Hair Master (Indraa Hair) website (indraahair.com) and/or make online payments through the website. By completing an online payment or booking, and by availing any service at our centre, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About This Website

indraahair.com is the official website of Hair Master (Indraa Hair), a hair wig consultation and fitting service based in Malda, West Bengal, India. The website enables clients to book appointments and make online payments for consultation and hair wig services.

2. Online Payments

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making an online payment you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, and that you have read and accepted our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Booking Confirmation

An online payment confirms your appointment booking intent. Your appointment is confirmed once our team contacts you within 24 hours via WhatsApp. If we cannot accommodate your selected slot, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

4. No Refund After Service Completion

⚠ Important: Once any service — including hair wig fitting, cutting, patching, or any other procedure — has been completed at our centre, no refund, replacement, correction, or compensation of any kind will be provided. The client is deemed to have accepted the completed service in full.

Clients are advised to raise any concern or correction before the service is finalised. Our team will address any issue while you are at the centre. Once the service is complete, it is considered final and accepted.

5. No Product Warranty or Guarantee

Hair Master (Indraa Hair) provides no warranty, guarantee, or replacement of any kind on any hair wig, patch, hairpiece, or related product. This applies to:

All product sales and services are final and non-returnable. Product condition, lifespan, and performance are entirely the client's responsibility.

6. Outside Products Brought to the Centre

⚠ Customer's Own Products: If a client brings any hair wig, patch, or hairpiece purchased from an outside source — any shop, online platform, or other supplier — to Hair Master (Indraa Hair) for cutting, fitting, styling, or any other service, the client does so entirely at their own risk.

Hair Master (Indraa Hair) accepts no responsibility, liability, or claim for any damage, alteration, colour change, texture change, or any other result arising from working on a product that was not sourced by us. Specifically:

7. In-Centre Corrections

If a client is not satisfied with any aspect of the service, they must raise it while still at the centre. Our team will make every reasonable effort to address the concern on the spot. No corrections, re-dos, or complaints will be accepted after the service is complete.

8. Service Delivery

All services are delivered exclusively in-person at our Malda centre. No physical products or services are provided remotely or by post. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

9. Advance Payment Discount

The 10% advance discount applies only to online advance payments through indraahair.com and is not applicable to walk-in or Pay at Centre bookings.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malda, West Bengal.

12. Changes to These Terms

Hair Master (Indraa Hair) may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be at indraahair.com/terms.html.
