Service Delivery — In-Person Only

Hair Master (Indraa Hair) provides hair wig consultation and fitting services exclusively in-person at our service centre in Malda, West Bengal. We do not offer remote, home-visit, or postal delivery of hair wig fitting services.

When you make an online booking through indraahair.com, you are booking an appointment to visit our Malda centre on your selected date and time. The service will be delivered to you at the centre by our trained specialists.

Online Booking Confirmation

After completing an online payment through our website:

• You will receive an instant booking confirmation on your screen (thank-you page) with all appointment details.
• A WhatsApp confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• If you provided an email address, a confirmation email will also be sent.
• Our team will contact you within 24 hours to reconfirm your appointment slot.

Appointment Attendance

Please arrive at our Malda centre at your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to attend, contact us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone to reschedule without any additional charge. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling depending on centre availability.

No Physical Shipping

Hair Master (Indraa Hair) does not ship or courier hair wigs or products to customer addresses through this website. All products are fitted and delivered in-person at our Malda centre as part of the service appointment. Online payments made through our website are for appointment booking purposes only.
